CROWNED HAT CO. EVENT AGREEMENT

This Event Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Crowned Hat Co. (“Company”) and the Client named in the attached invoice or agreement form, for the provision of hat customization services during a private event.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Crowned Hat Co. and its team (“the Company”) will provide custom hat shaping and styling for a specified number of guests (“Predefined Number of Hats”) during the Client’s event on the agreed-upon Date and at the specified Event Location.

The Company will:

• Provide a selection of wool-felt fedoras, pre-shaped cowboy hats, and other seasonal options in a variety of colors and sizes.

• Offer on-site customization including crown shaping, brim shaping, and feather embellishments.

• Include specialty accessories (where applicable), such as premium hat bands, pins, and branding (up to 3 letters or symbols).

• Set up and tear down the full hat display and styling station(s), requiring access to the event space at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the event and up to one (1) hour post-event for breakdown.

Straw hats may be available upon request and may have limited shaping options.

2. EVENT DETAILS

Client agrees to provide the following details prior to the event booking:

• Exact Date: [Day, Date, Year]

• Event Address: [Street Address, City, State, Zip]

• Estimated Guest Count and Hat Count: [Minimum and Maximum]

3. PRICING

Base Hat Package — $190 + tax per guest:

Includes one custom-fitted wool-felt fedora or pre-shaped cowboy hat, brim shaping, crown customization, and feather.

Premium Hat Package — $250 + tax per guest:

Includes everything in the base package plus:

• Specialty hat band

• Hat pin

• Feather

• Up to three (3) custom brands or branded initials

Straw hat options available upon request.

4. TRAVEL FEES

A travel fee will apply to any event outside the Austin, TX Metro Area. Travel rates will be outlined in your final invoice based on mileage, travel time, overnight accommodations, and meals.

5. MINIMUM EVENT COST

Client agrees to a minimum hat quantity and spend, which will be outlined in the invoice and agreed upon prior to securing the booking.

Minimum Cost Commitment: $[Insert agreed minimum hat quantity x price]

6. POP-UP OPTION (RETAIL EVENTS)

For events where Crowned Hat Co. is invited to host a pop-up retail experience:

Fee: $500 per day per event

Guests may purchase hats directly on-site from Crowned Hat Co. inventory.

7. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS

To secure your event:

• A 50% deposit of the agreed-upon total is due upon booking for events with more than five (5) guests.

• The remaining balance is due no later than three (3) business days before the event date.

Payments can be made via invoice (credit card, check, or other online options).

8. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

• Rescheduling is permitted once with written notice at least 7 days prior to the event, subject to availability.

9. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

Crowned Hat Co. is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained by the Client or guests during the event. Client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the setup and operation of hat customization services.

10. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting your deposit or signed invoice, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
